Access & Membership
No. We operate outside the insurance model to provide truly individualized care without time
limits or system restrictions. This allows us to limit our client list and guarantee exclusivity, responsiveness, and luxury. We do provide superbills upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
You will have direct communication with Dr. Dina Brimm for urgent needs, reassurance, and guidance — day or night. Whether it’s a quick question, an unexpected concern, or a need for in-home support, your provider is always available
We intentionally limit our practice to a small number of clients. This exclusivity ensures you receive the highest level of attention, privacy, and care.
Our initial private consultation is $500. This in-depth session allows time to review your history, goals, and expectations while giving you the opportunity to experience our concierge model firsthand.
We operate on a membership model to guarantee access and exclusivity. Membership includes comprehensive prenatal care, personal attendance at visits, 24/7 direct communication, on-demand in-home support, and delivery guidance. Luxury wellness services can be added as desired.
Membership begins during pregnancy and continues through delivery. Most clients extend into
the Beyond membership, which covers postpartum and ongoing women’s health. Annual renewal options are available for those who wish to maintain long-term care.
Pregnancy Care
Yes. Birth planning and delivery support are central to our care. We design a personalized plan that reflects your preferences and values, and Dr. Brimm ensures continuity throughout pregnancy and birth.
Yes — in fact, we do not see clients in a clinic. All care is delivered on your terms: in your home, at your workplace, or via telehealth.
Absolutely. Many clients join us mid-pregnancy, even in the third trimester. We tailor your membership to meet you where you are and begin support immediately.
We remain by your side as your private support and advocate. If medical escalation is needed,
we collaborate directly with your OB or hospital team to ensure seamless, trusted care.
Yes. We support all birth experiences — unmedicated, medicated, or cesarean — guided by your preferences and needs.
No. As a Certified Nurse-Midwife, doctorate prepared, Dr. Brimm provides the highest scope of
training in low-risk obstetric care. Most of our clients deliver in hospitals; home birth is offered
selectively.
Visits are held wherever you feel most comfortable — at home, in your office, or virtually.
Yes. Secure telehealth is available for check-ins, consultations, and urgent reassurance, especially during travel or busy schedules.
We collaborate with leading hospitals and facilities that meet our high standards of safety and
experience. Location is discussed individually with each client during birth planning.
Not necessarily. We provide in-home assessments and phone triage to determine whether hospital care is truly necessary. This avoids unnecessary ER visits and long wait times.
Advocacy & Education
Yes. We act as your private advocate, ensuring your preferences are respected in every setting. If additional hospital or specialist care is required, we collaborate directly with your providers.
Yes. Education is integrated into every visit. We prepare you with evidence-based guidance on
pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, so you feel informed, calm, and empowered.
We do. From scheduling labs and ultrasounds to coordinating with specialists and preparing your birth plan, we manage every detail so you can stay calm and focused.
By offering in-home assessments, direct triage, and phone consultations, we can often resolve
concerns without sending you to the ER or urgent care. If hospital care is necessary, we coordinate the process so it feels seamless.

Collaboration & Care Model
That’s perfectly fine. Many clients maintain their OB or midwife and choose B. Boutique & Wellness as a private add-on. We enhance your care by offering the time, attention, and luxury experience that traditional models cannot.

Yes. We value the support doulas bring and work collaboratively when clients already have one.
Yes. We can provide a doula trained in our philosophy, ensuring your medical care and emotional support are fully aligned.
Travel & Lifestyle
Yes. We help you plan for safe travel and provide detailed guidance. If needed, we can even arrange for a trusted team member to travel with you for reassurance and continuity of care.
We provide continued access while you’re away through telehealth and remote monitoring. We also prepare letters and documentation for airlines or border authorities if needed.
Yes. Your access to us does not stop when you travel — we remain available to you 24/7.
Yes. For select clients, we arrange travel support to ensure uninterrupted care and peace of

Yes. We provide partner education, sibling preparation, and newborn care guidance, ensuring your entire family feels supported.
Availability & Safety
It is rare for Dr. Brimm to be unavailable. On the occasions when clients hire her to travel with them, trusted coverage is always in place with Dr. Rachel Fear or Dr. Lydia Weyenberg. We function as a cohesive team to ensure continuity of care.
Dr. Rachel and Dr. Lydia are available for coverage. They share the same philosophy of care and remain in direct communication with Dr. Brimm during coverage periods.
We stay with you. If escalation is needed, we collaborate directly with hospital teams to ensure your care remains continuous, coordinated, and calm.
We specialize in low-risk pregnancy, birth, and women’s health. If complications arise, we remain as your advocate and partner while collaborating with OBs or specialists for advanced care.
Privacy & Discretion
Your privacy is paramount. We limit our client list, and all visits are conducted in your home, workplace, or via secure telehealth — never in waiting rooms or shared spaces.
